Gerrit Vanoppen's Aluminium mac theme ported to WB5


In this update (October 2007) I have fixed the startmenu, tabs, styler toolbar, and several other things that make the theme more smooth. Within the fox theme I placed aluminuim activity indicators (finally learned to create gifs!).
In my opinion Gerrit has created an ultra-elegant classic, and I hope this port does the original justice.

The zip archive contains the following:
1. wb theme with right- and left-sided close/min/max buttons
2. Aluminium toolbar for styler
3. Firefox 2.0 skins in two variants: AluminiumG (Gerrit's original) and AluminiumL (with toolbar buttons modified by me)
